Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.



To start a return, you can contact us at contact@treewell.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 41 Wairoa Avenue, NSW, Bondi, NSW

To return an item, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@treewell.org.
